LM Studio (Local)
LM Studio is a free desktop app that runs models locally. No API key needed — Youkore connects to the local server.
1. Download and install
Download the app for your operating system.
2. Download a model
Open LM Studio and download a model from the built-in library (e.g. Llama, Mistral, Phi). At least 8 GB of RAM required.
3. Start the server
In the Server tab, click Start Server. By default it listens on http://localhost:1234.
4. Connect Youkore
No key needed — Youkore connects automatically to the local server.

LM Studio is free and works offline. Quality depends on the model and your PC power. A GPU is recommended.
