xAI (Grok)

xAI's Grok models — the AI from the creators of Grok, accessible via the xAI Console.

1. Create an xAI account

Open the link below, then click Sign In / Sign Up. You can sign up with email, your Twitter/X account or Google.

2. Configure billing

Once in the console, in the left sidebar click Billing. Add a credit card and set a monthly spending limit.

3. Open API Keys

In the left sidebar click API Keys.

→ Open API Keys directly

4. Create and copy the key

Click Create API Key, give it a name, choose which models it can access and confirm. Copy the key immediately — it is shown only once! xAI keys start with xai-.
